MY STORY

ABOUT
ME

Four years ago, my life took a turn I never saw coming. This is the story of how I fought my way back — and why I'm so passionate about helping others do the same.

JOURNEY

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Four years ago, I was hospitalized and my life changed overnight. I went from being active and independent to spending months in and out of hospitals — at one point, I found myself in a wheelchair, unsure if I'd ever get back to the life I knew.

During that time, I also underwent brain surgery. It was the most terrifying and humbling experience of my life — but it also became the foundation for everything I am today. When you face something that strips you down to nothing, you learn exactly what you're made of.

The road back wasn't linear. There were setbacks, frustrating days, and moments where progress felt impossible. But I kept showing up — one small step at a time — until those steps turned into strides.

TRANSFORMATION

BEFORE & AFTER

This is what the journey looked like. From a hospital bed and a wheelchair to rebuilding my body and my life — brick by brick.

MISSION

WHY I COACH

Going through what I did gave me a perspective most coaches don't have. I know what it feels like to start from zero — to look at your body and wonder if it'll ever do what you ask of it again. I also know the incredible feeling of proving that doubt wrong.

This isn't just a job to me — it's personal. Every client I work with reminds me that obstacles can be overcome, that starting over is possible, and that the body is capable of incredible transformation when you give it patience, consistency, and the right guidance.

I don't just train clients — I walk alongside them. Because I've been on the other side of that journey, and I know how much it means to have someone who truly believes in you.
